OFS and First Office expand to the west coast with new showroom in Los Angeles.

Huntingburg, Indiana – September 2008 – OFS and First Office expand to the west coast with their new Los Angeles showroom. The two furniture brands cohabitate in a beautifully renovated space in Santa Monica, southern California’s new design mecca. Located at 3130 Wilshire Blvd., the OFS and First Office showroom serves as a design center for designers, architects, clients and dealers.

Designed in conjunction with StudioMa of Calabassas, CA., the new 6000 square foot showroom features spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows supporting the idea that elements of nature enhance human performance and increase productivity. The space design embraces the company’s integration of furniture, architectural products, technology, materials, innovative products and sustainable design. As manufacturers of high end wood casegoods, OFS and First Office plan to show architects, designers and design savvy shoppers the naturally inherent, sustainable benefits using wood furniture.

“We want to be a servicing hub to the west coast design community,” indicates Chris Rogers, OFS Brands Director of Design. “In addition to offering a destination to touch, feel, and explore ideas, we want to extend our west coast facility to designers and design students visiting and networking in southern California for use as a meeting and client hosting facility,” explains Rogers. OFS and First Office are planning the grand opening, several open house events, and continuing education courses.
