OFS Brands Opens Showroom in Heart of Chicago

Huntingburg, IN – June 9, 2008 - OFS, a global manufacturer of office furniture, opened its newest showroom today in the Merchandise Mart. The showroom serves as a resource center for designers, architects, real estate professionals, clients and dealers and demonstrates a broad range of work and collaboration spaces.

Designed in conjunction with the Environments Group, the Chicago showroom spans 16,000 square feet and is an applicant for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

The showroom immerses clients in a world-class experience showcasing the company’s integration of furniture, architectural products, technology, and materials. The dramatic, sun-filled light court allows light to penetrate the space, supporting the idea that access to elements of nature enhances human performance and increases productivity. The showroom also features:

• Materials and textures, highlighted by the interplay of light
• Saturated, pure and straight forward colors used as a dominant accent focus
• 9 foot ceiling heights in vignettes, provide real life applications
• Private offices and open spaces to demonstrate both individual and collaborative work styles for today’s needs and future applications
