How is OFS CARB Compliant?
Under the CARB regulations, OFS is
considered to be a ‘fabricator,’ which allows
us to utilize the sell-through provision put in
place for
fabricators to flush out and sell all
non-CARB compliant Pre-Phase 1 materials by
June 30th, 2010. It is important to note that all
OFS furniture is already CARB Phase 1
compliant at this time, prior to the deadline
allowed in the sell-through provision, and is
collaborating with our supply chain to purchase
non added urea formaldehyde composite materials well in advance of Phase 2 deadlines.
